fWeb Server is a free open-source web server for Windows, written in Visual Basic. Unlike other web servers, it only runs discretely in the system tray, without an ugly, gigantic interface. Unlike Apache, you DON'T have to edit 50 configuration files to get it working. And best of all, it's free.
